We have been on the phone with them and are continuing to try to get
things resolved with them.
Zendesk back on, no satisfactory explanation yet.

Is this just now? Everything was up and running again since Monday.
I have started off the process again. As far as I know these are all
issues on their side. We will be moving off of them I think after 3
problems in the last week.
Until this is resolved (by moving away from Zendesk), commercial customers can email tickets: [email protected] & [email protected]
