Where is EventStore.SingleNode.exe?

The docs refer to running EventStore.SingleNode.exe, but it does not exist. There is an EventStore.ClusterNode.exe, EventStore.PAdmin.exe, EventStore.Query.exe and EventStore.TestClient.exe.

FYI: SingleNode is gone now, but EventStore.ClusterNode.exe works the same way, by default. See post below:

Which doc referenced so we can update? And yes singlenode is dead (cluster node works as both)
