User Projections in production?

I was wondering what the status is of the projection feature.

The official documentation says projections are experimental (http://docs.geteventstore.com/server/3.4.0/command-line-arguments/).

At blog post from early 2013 says they are close to ready (https://geteventstore.com/blog/20130212/projections-1-theory/).

Please clarify the status of the projection feature. Are they advised to be used in production?

$users is no longer needed if you are refering to the $users projetion.

In the next release there are a bunch of fixes to projections (the
most common errors we have seen). The expected release of projections
is Q2 (likely there will be one release in between the one coming out
and the one with projections live and supported in it). That said as
of 3.5.0 projections should be fairly stable and are worth playing
with.
