Updating form 3.0.0 to 3.0.1

Hi,

I wonder if you can help me?

I have an instance running on 3.0.0, I want to upgrade it to 3.0.1, just stop the current instance and up the new versión pointing to the database, this new version up but after making a check of the data, i can see that is not complete. perhaps I have to do something else?

They use the exact same files there is no migration etc...

how are you measuring its not complete?
do you have any errors etc in logs?
