After hard deleting some streams, should I expect them to be gone from streams projection? Should I rerun the streams projection?

I see your point… It’s just that the ‘reset’ button on the streams projection might suggest otherwise 
It depends how you read the stream if they will be “gone” they are link events and are treated like link events. There is not an event written for “deleted” to the stream but the original can disappear. If reset then yes it would be gone
