Something is seriously wrong in chunk 0-0

An ES instance of mine crashed overnight. We are still in development so this is not a production issue; I would like to understand how to prevent it in the future.

As it happened in chunk 0-0, this feels like a mistake on my part. Is there something obvious I might be doing wrong? Is this a common thing people encounter, like --run-projections=all?

Hi Brian,

Can you confirm what kind of machine you’re running in, what kind of disks and controllers you have, and what your write caching settings are?
