Release-5.0.8 or 20.6.0-bionic docker Image

The docker image for eventstore/eventstore:latest was recently changed to point to 5.0.8-1
does anybody know the reasons why was this change made?

is it safer to use 5.0.8 in production compared to 20.6.0?
is there any road map or timeline to start officially using 20.6.0 in production?

The tag update was triggered by an automatic build, which has been unlinked now so it shouldn’t happen again. The eventstore/eventstore:latest tag should be pointing at 20.6.0 again
