there are two separate issues here:

WrongExpectedVersion - please ignore this error. It only means that we attempt to write several projection registrations at the same time. This is interim exception which is handled by retrying write in this case.

the second problem with “Disabled projection cannot be prepared” has been already fixed, but not merged yet. Do you see standard pre-defined projections in projection manager? Can you start them? I expect them to work correct once started. Let me know if it does not work.
I’ll clean up db initialization code to avoid any misleading error messages in the log.
