I got access to the recording two hours ago, and I get “Could not load video”
Does anyone have the same problem?

The recording does appear to be working, we’ve checked the video and the page independently and have verified they are working. I believe it works best in Chrome. Please let me know if you don’t manage to get it working and I will look into further options for you.
