The documentation states projections are still beta

Hi Ananda, thanks for pointing out the documentation issue, please open an issue for that under the docs github and we will attend to it as soon as possible.
Projections are expected to be released out of beta with the release of 4.0.0.

fairly soon, it is a big release so its been slow to move with a lot
of testing. There are daily packages available already
