We are running into similar issues as described here https://github.com/EventStore/EventStore/issues/1392. Editing the subscription via the UI kicks it back into life but would love some movement on the issue as it is a real kicker for us
Is there any help regarding this issue - we are seeing this behaviour across multiple eventstores, the thing they all have in common is that they are a 3node cluster - we do not see it on a single ES in dev/test
