Persistent Subscriptions not showing in UI

Nothing shows up in our UI for persistent subscriptions tab. The call to fetch persistent subscriptions timesout with a 408. The call takes around more than 20 secs.

We are using evebtstore cloud on aws. How can we increase the http timeout or keep alive settings for the UI.
