Hello all,
In the EventStore dashboard, I see information about “items” processed in various “Queues”, and I see a column for the “Current / Last Message”. What exactly are messages and items? How do they relate to more high-level operations like event writes, event reads or stream creations?
At least for the queues, it seems there is some old documentation at https://github.com/eventstore/eventstore/wiki/Architectural-Overview.
