Is there anyway to have HA with catchup subscriptions. So that there is an automatic failover to another version of the subscribing service if the current one crashes? or is this only possible with persistent subscriptions?
Client subscriptions don’t share any information by definition. A common method of reaching HA is to actually duplicate the subscription and the read model. You can also then load balance when both are up.
