Grpc call issue on restart the application

Whenever i restart the application i start getting this grp call issue

Source --> Grpc.Net.Client.Internal.GrpcCall
Exception details --> An HTTP/2 connection could not be established because the server did not complete the HTTP/2 handshake.

Could someone help me with this issue ?

More details would be helpful (where does the server run, secure/insecure, what’s the connection string, etc). Also, the screenshot seems to be out of context.
