Event Store now uses Freshdesk for support


We are making some changes to the way we deliver support to you. These changes are intended to give our team better visibility over our internal data enabling them to better support you.

One of those changes is to switch our support platform from Zendesk to Freshdesk. We are making this switch today (sorry for short notice). You will soon receive a welcome message from Freshdesk with details on how to log in. Your ticket history and all your colleagues details have already been transferred to freshdesk.
