Very rough cut for now, but had it running on a database with over 1160303294 events.
This tool will attack fromAll and maintain a state object for the different events and sizes of them, giving you a picture of what events make up your database.
The size calculation is flawed for now, but it at least gives you an idea of what is eating up space.
