ES binaries NuGet package

Hi,

I’m writing a set of integration tests that involve running an EventStore server.

Would it be possible to create a NuGet package that contains the server binaries?

I’m happy to look in to creating a PR if this is wanted—do I need to create an issue on GitHub?

Do you need external binaries or does embedded work (which has a nugget package)

External binaries would be nice.

I’ve got a work around if this is something your unwilling to do now, but this would make is easier!
