Customer engagement

Hi - are there any Commercial or Enterprise customers on this forum that are having issues getting Event Store to reply to them? We’ve been trying for a week to get a response from them about renewing our support but no one seems to be home.

They’ve been very responsive. How are you trying to get ahold of them?
