Config set external http not being returned be Elasticsearch in version 3.8

Hi,

We’ve just upgraded our staging server to version 3.8 from 3.1 and Evenstore is no longer returning the set external http in the output.

This does look to be a bug with 3.8. Could you please open an issue on github for this?
