Chunk Error Files

Hello,

we are experiencing a problem where if our system fails and creates “Wrong Expected Version” errors. If we keep on making the error, the event store creates 250+ mb chunk files every 30 sec ~ or X amount of Errors.

How can we clean those chunk files and is there a way to disable this option.

It causes our hard drives to get full and causes extra problems.
