CC differences based on url

See attached image. Both show the same event store but the messages in the status column is different. The only difference is how we access the URL. We use the machine name + domain name in one case and we use the machine name without domain name in another case (when we access the web UI).

Would it be possible to make sure the UI shows the same details irrespective of the URL we use to access it.

Hi Anand,

I have a couple of questions to help us determine what is going on here:

  1. Did you open the UI from both urls at the same time?

  2. Does the UI that does not have as many messages eventually update to show the correct number of messages?

  3. Do you see any errors in the console of either of those windows?

Sorry for the late response. This is the response I got from our testers.

Yes – also refreshed both.

Does the UI that does not have as many messages eventually update to show the
correct number of messages? No, the full URL shows
more data typically.

Do you see any errors in the console of either of those windows? I do not see any errors. (what console?)
