I’ve run EventStoreDB 23.10 (LTS) on windows with no errors.

This page isn’t working

127.0.0.1 didn’t send any data.

The link on your website redirects to HTTP, not HTTPS…

The only solution is:
EventStore.ClusterNode.exe --insecure
